オーストラリア、おもちゃの安全基準を発表

 

オーストラリア、おもちゃに対する二つの新しい標準を発表。

 

1. Consumer Goods (Projectile Toys) Safety Standard 2020

2. Consumer Goods (Aquatic Toys) Safety Standard 2020

 

Consumer Goods (Projectile Toys) Safety Standard 2020は14歳未満児童用の打ち上げロケットを発射できるおもちゃに適用されます。新しい標準要求事項によっておもちゃは関連した自発的オーストラリア/ニュージーランド標準あるいは下記の標準を順守する必要があります。

 

• EN 71-1:2014+A1:2018 Safety of toys – Part 1: Mechanical and physical properties

• ISO 8124.1:2018 Safety of toys Part 1: Safety aspects related to mechanical and physical properties

• ASTM F963- 17 Standard consumer safety specification for toy safety

 

Consumer Goods (Aquatic Toys) Safety Standard 2020は14歳未満の児童の体重を支え、子どもが浅い川で遊ぶため使用する水中のおもちゃに適用されます。

 

この標準は下記の製品には適用されません。

- beach balls

- surfboards

- bodyboards

- kickboards

- inflatable air beds

- inflatable boats that are not toys or intended for use in deep water

 

新しい標準要求事項によっておもちゃは下記の標準の内、一つを満たす必要があります。

 

• AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2019 Safety of toys Part 1: Safety aspects related to mechanical and physical properties

• ISO 8124-1:2018 Safety of toys – Part 1: Safety aspects related to mechanical and physical properties
