COVID-19の拡散を止めるため、政府の閉鎖によるインドBISは製造業者が一部型式承認更新の為の文書を準備するにあたり、問題が生じる場合があることを認め、現在の状況に照らし合わせて下記の通りの臨時緩和措置を発表しました。
• For all renewal licences due during and 30 days after the lock down period
o Deferment may be allowed until 30 days after the lock down is lifted
o A submission of a late fee with renewal application within 90 days may be allowed with certain provisions
• For all licenses that are to expire within the 90 day deferment period
o Deferment of the license beyond 90 days may be allowed until 30 days after the lock down is lifted.
