REMINDER：2020年3月1日からEAEU RoHSの義務化

 

 

EAEU（ユーラシア経済連合）は、アルメニア、ベラルーシ、カザフスタン、キルギスタン及びロシアで構成されています。

 

EAEUから販売される電気や電子装備（EEE）は、電気及び無線製品の有害物質使用制限に対するEAEU技術規定を順守することを立証する為に、適合性保証手順を経る必要があります。

 

新しい規定EAEUTR 037/2016は、初めのEU規定からの通り、６つの物質（鉛、カドミウム、水銀、6価クロム、ポリ臭化ビフェニル及びポリ臭化ジフェニルエーテル）の使用を禁止します。

 

電気及び電子装備の特定有害物質使用制限に対するEAEU 037/2016の技術規定には、生命、健康及び環境保護のための安全要求事項が含まれています。

 

 

EAEU TR 037/2016付録１に羅列された装置はRoHSが適用されます。：

 

• Household electrical equipment

• Electronic computers and devices connected to them, including their combination

• Telecommunication terminal

• Copy machines and office electrical equipment

• Electric power tool

• Lighting equipment, including that embedded in furniture

• Electric music instrument

• Gaming machine and vending machine

• ATM, ticket printing machine, ID card readers, etc

• Cables, wires and cords for use at rated voltages less than 500 VAC and (or) DC, except fiber optic cables

• Automatic switches and protective devices

• Fire, security and fire-alarm detectors.

 

EAEU TR 037/2016は下記には適用されません：

 

• Electrical devices and radio electronics intended for use at a rated voltage of more than 1000 V AC and

1500 V DC, unless otherwise mentioned in Appendix Nο 1 to this technical regulation

• Electrical devices intended solely for use as components of electrical equipment not included in the list

provided for in Appendix Nο 1 to this technical regulation

• Electric toys

• Photo voltaic panels (solar panels), which are part of the electrical products and radio electronics

• Electrical devices intended for use as part of ground and orbital space objects

• Electrical equipment intended exclusively for use in air, water, land and underground transport

• Electric batteries and accumulators, including those put into circulation on the territory of the Union as part of

electrical roducts

• Electrical devices of second-use

• Measuring instruments

• Medical devices

 

電気及び電子装備はEAEUのこの規定及びその他技術規定の要求事項を順守し製品の適合性がEACマークで確認された場合にのみEAEU国家へ製造及び販売することができます。

 

適合性評価はEAEU適合性宣言（DoC）の形態で実施され、申請者の要請によって適合性証明書（CoC）体系で代替される場合もございます。
