Ab dem 1. Jul. 2018 ist das Inkrafttreten.

o Die betr. Produkte müssen ICT-Dokumente und Markierungen angebracht sein
Circular 42/2016/TT-BTTTT (replaced by circular 04/2018/TT-BTTTT from July 1st, 2018), Lithium Batteries used for Mobile phones, tablets and notebooks will require ICT DOC and ICT Mark when selling on Vietnam market. Recently, MIC has released Document 1551/BTTTT-KHCN, promulgating the guidance to implement Circular 04/2018/TT-BTTTT. According to this document: Lithium batteries applied for mobile phones, tablets, and notebooks required ICT DOC according to clause 2.6 “Safety requirements" of QCVN 101:2016/BTTTT (or IEC 62133 test report). MIC only accepts test reports issued by local test laboratories designated by MIC Vietnam, and oversea test laboratories recognized by MIC Vietnam under MRA, and test laboratories registered with MIC Vietnam. From July 1st, 2018, only test report from laboratories designated by MIC in Vietnam or in an MRA country or the laboratories that has registered with MIC will be accepted by MIC. TUV Rheinland Vietnam can arrange this testing at local designated laboratory for customer.
