Malaysische HALAL JAKIM-Zertifizierung

Die Halal-Zertifizierung wird allg. in der Reihenfolge von

Registrierung - Audit und Bericht - Genehmigung und Zertifizierung durchgeführt.

 

Das ist ein spezifisches Verfahren für die HALAL-Zertifizierung.

 

LOCAL CERTIFICATION

 

Stage 1: Registration

You may apply online through www.halal.gov.my and send the relevant documents to the Halal Hub Division Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM). The applicants must complete the application forms by furnishing all the information as required and the following certificates/ documents must be enclosed together with the application form.

 

Document Evaluation:

Application forms must be completed and accompanied with relevant documents such as the following, before it can be processed:

1) Registration of company/business;

2) Halal certificate or product specification for critical ingredient;

3) Process flow chart and production procedures;

4) Manufacturing license from local authority;

5) Company's annual turnover;

6) Copies of identity cards and offer letter for two Muslims at the production area,

7) Manufacturing license from Cosmetic and drug Control Authority (for health

8) products and cosmetic);

9) Design and label of products;

10) Other documents such as HACCP, ISO, GHP, GMP, TQM and etc. (if applicable); and

11) Map of premise/factory location

 

Stage 2: Audit and Report

The audit team comprised of two (2) auditors who are qualified in Syariah and Technical matters. The site audit will verify the Halal status of ingredients, the processing and storage, Halal internal management, labeling and the quality assurance which will be compiled in the Audit Report. At the site inspection, the auditors may take sample for analysis to confirm the content of products.

 

Stage 3: Approval and Certification

The Audit Report will be reviewed by JAKIM Internal Committee before it can be recommended for approval by JAKIM Halal Certification Approval Panel. Both the Internal Committee and the Approval Panel consist of experts in Syariah and Technical matters (scientists). The Approval Panel has the final decision to reject or approve any application.

 

Zertifizierungsgebühr

• Fee is valid for two years except for slaughterhouse i.e. for the duration

• of one year only;

• The fee is fixed according to Malaysia Halal Certification scheme,

• industrial categories and subject to changes;

• Payment of fee shall be in the form of postal order or money order or

• bank draft or online payment payable to JAKIM/ MAIN/ JAIN; and

• Fee paid is not refundable.

 

Inspektion

• The auditor shall be those who are not in the Halal Certification Panel;

• Auditing shall be carried out by minimum of two officers, who are

• competent in:

        o Islamic education; and

        o technical matters.

 

Prüfbereich

i. The inspection covers general and specific requirements of

• certification including the following items:

• documentation and company profile;

• internal Halal Control System;

• raw material/ ingredient and processing aid;

• equipment;

• packaging and labelling;

• storage;

• processing;

• transportation;

• workers;

• sanitation system and premise cleanliness;

• waste disposal management; and

• premise compound.

ii. The compliance audit on site will cover the followings:

• opening meeting;

• review of documents;

• site inspection;

• final evaluation; and

• closing meeting.

 

Probe

• Auditor is authorized to take samples of product, raw material/ingredient or other products with doubtful halal status for laboratory analysis according to the standard operating procedures;

• Sample of product, packaging materials, labels or others deemed necessary shall be taken for scrutiny of the halal certification panel;

 

All costs incurred for any study or laboratory analysis on product ingredient will be borne by the applicant or the said company; and The laboratory analysis shall be carried out at government laboratories which are accredited based on ISO/ IEC 17025 for the related analytical scope.

 

Überprüfungsverfahren

• Re-auditing is conducted solely based on decision of the Halal

• Certification Panel; and

• Re-auditing is only carried out once.
