Soft line 产品的规定
EAEUTR 017/2011 "Onsafety of light industry products"是EAEU对soft line的规定，所有向欧亚经济联盟国家销售或发送soft line的公司都使用EAEUTR 017/2011规定。

可在EAEU市场上市的产品如下：
- comply with basic health and safety requirements
- passed all the procedures for evaluation of conformity
- obtained the certificate or declaration of conformity
- bear the EAC mark
EAEU TR 017/2011的要求事项如下：
- Mechanical:
tensile strength
holding strength
flexing
impact strength
- Chemical:
maximum permitted emission of harmful chemical substances in the air and/or water medium
- Biological:
hygroscopic property
porosity
water resistance
electrostatic intensity
the toxicity index or local irritation
color fastness
