ENACOM released version 21.1 of Low Power Devices technical standard ENACOM-Q2-60.14. New standard has been published on the Official Bulletin of Argentina on March 8th, 2022 by Synthetized Resolution 280/2022. This update replaces the annex of allowed bands due to addition of some frequencies allowed to be tested now.
The changes are as follows:
- Addition of 0.490 – 1.705 MHz
- Max allowed power of 24.000/f(kHz) μV/m @ 30 m
- Addition of 1.705 – 30 MHz
- Max allowed power of 30 μV/m @ 30 m
This version is enforced since its publication- March 8th, 2022, while standards of v20.1 will be accepted for all on-going applications and new applications until June 6th, 2022. Renewals will NOT need retesting if devices are complying with new version of this technical standard. In that case, manufacturer are only required to send a letter stating compliance with v21.1 of Low Power Standard.
