On June of 2023, BEE has issued the Advisory No. BEE/S&L/TFL/63/2022-23, which informs that the validity of existing star rating table for Tubular Fluorescent Lamp (TFL) under mandatory regime has been extended by a period of 3 years – until 30th June 2026. Accordingly, the revised label validity period is 1st July 2023 to 30th June 2026.
The manufacturers willing to continue the registered models approved by BEE should submit the previous approval letter with revised sample label & the form enclosed with the Advisory by 30th September 2023.
No continuation application would be accepted after 30th September 2023. The models for which the such requests are not received timely shall be deactivated automatically after 30th September 2023.
