インド: ボルト、ナット、ファスナーに対する新しいBIS規定

新しいBIS規定である「The Bolts, Nuts and Fasteners(Quality Control) Order, 2023」が発行されました。

 

当該規定の対象品目および適用標準は次のとおりです。

ただし、下記の場合は対象品目から除外されます。

Ø  完成品、組立品、部品の一部として輸入される場合

Ø  輸出用製品を製造するために現地メーカーが輸入する場合

 

当該規定は公表日から6か月後の2024年1月21日から発効します。
