Please keep this in mind when working with Africa agencies.

| GUINEE KONAKRY ( ARPT ) | The agency will be open every day except public holidays. |
| MALI ( AMRTP) |
The closure dates of the regulatory agency are as follows: December 24-25 (Christmas holiday) December 31 (New Year's Eve) The resumption date of activities is January 3, 2024. |
| BOTSWANA ( BOCRA) | The agency has not issued a Memo regarding the closing for the Christmas holidays and opening for the New Year Holidays |
| KENYA ( CAK) |
Holidays will be 12th, 25th ,26th and 1st. CAK is a public office and does not close except on the specific days that are officially holidays as per the calendar. |
| SOUTH AFRICA ( ICASA , SABS , NRCS ) |
• ICASA closes around the 14th December 2023 – 02nd of January 2024. • NRCS closes around 22nd of December 2023 – 02nd of January 2024. • SABS closes around 22nd of December 2023 – 02 of January 2024. |
| CAPE VERDE ( ARME) | The agency is open to its functions all the year. ARME will not go for Annual leave. During the Christmas and New Year period we only close in the holydays. |
| EGYPT ( NTRA) | Kindly note that we will be working normally, Sunday through Thursday ( 8 Am : 3 PM ) |
| LESOTHO ( LCA ) | Based on feedback received from the agency, Lesotho Communication Agency will close on December 15, 2023 to January 12, 2024. |
| ETHIOPIA ( ECA) | As per feedback received, the authority agency regulation will not be closed for Christmas or new year holiday. They let us note that it operates with a different calendar from ours: their New Year was in the month of September |
| EQUATORIAL GUINEA ( ORTEL) | December 24, 2023; December 25, 2023; December 31, 2023; January 1, 2024; and January 6, 2024. |
| SEYCHELLES ( DICT ) | The agency will be closed on the following dates: - 25th December 2023 - 1st to 3rd January 2024 The agency will be open on the other days. |
| ALGERIA ( ARPCE) |
Just the first of january. No christmas Holiday. |
