一般用于手部卫生的手部消毒剂则属于化妆品类。
卫生洗手液酒精含量应达到60%以上，并要求其可以抗菌。

→ Regulatory requirements :
a) The product has been notified with NPRA
b) must be manufactured in accordance with the Guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practice for Cosmetic
c) Comply with the requirements stated in the "Guidelines for Control of Cosmetic Products in Malaysia"
Generic Product
→ Regulatory requirements :
a) The product is registered with NPRA
b) Comply with the registration requirements stated in the Drug Registration Guidance Document
c) must be manufactured in accordance with the Guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceutical Products
