Cosmetic Ingredient Hotlist？

 

Cosmetic Ingredient Hotlist是加拿大卫生部(Health Canada) 在化妆品使用过程中，

向其他制造企业进行公示关于是否对特定物质禁止或限制的工具。

 

限制成分时，需通过提交安全相关附加文件获得批准

或对相应成分的使用注意/警告语句与按规定标签标识一起得到批准，

此时使用警告语句应标为英语和法语。
