On 22 July 2022, the Government of the Russian Federation issued Decree No. 1249 "Amendments to Appendix No. 18 to Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 353 of March 12, 2022", which entered into force immediately after its issuance. The Act simplifies import and labelling requirements for products.
The main points are as follows:
- During the importing customs clearance, DoC/CoC authorization certificate, such as PoA (authorization letter), is not required for EAC DoC/CoC products.
- Until March 1, 2023, in relation to products whose conformity is confirmed in the manner prescribed by paragraph 3 of Article 46 of the Federal Law "On Technical Regulation", it is allowed to be marked with a mark of circulation on the market or a mark of conformity
