ARGENTINA: RAMATEL LABEL UPDATE

 

On August 11, ENACOM issued a notification, which gives 3 years of grace period to products which has already approved by ENACOM with CNC label.

 

Originally, the old label was accepted for lifetime for the old products. However, according to the notification, all the products should apply RAMATEL label from August 11, 2025. Renewing the old products, it is required to submit a photo of current CNC label with a RAMATEL label draft.

 

For your better understanding, the follows are the example of the implementation:

 

[For a product which ENACOM will be expired on March 10, 2025]

1. If the manufacturer doesn’t apply the new label when they renew ENACOM on March 10, 2025, they would have to submit the CNC label photo and RAMATEL label proposal together, which will be applied before the deadline (August 11, 2025).
2. Before August 11, 2025, the manufacturer should replace the CNC label to the proposed RAMATEL label.

As a friendly reminder, please be noted that all new applications have had to be submitted with a RAMATEL label draft from August 12.
