オーストラリア:日焼け止め登録

オーストラリアでは、日焼け止めはSPF指数によって1次日焼け止め(Primary sunscreens)または2次日焼け止め(Secondary sunscreens)に区分されます。

Secondary sunscreens (Products regulated by TGA)	Products that have main purposes other than sunscreen but contain sunscreen and have an SPF of 15 or higher	Categorized as Theraputic Goods - TGA regulation: Must be listed in ARTG.
Secondary sunscreens Products regulated by AICIS and ACCS	Products classified as cosmetics by most secondary sunscreens ex) Make-up and lipstick products with sunscreen function	Classifying as Cosmetics - Ingredient Raw Material Manufacturing Import: AICIS Regulation - Product Safety and Cosmetic Labelling Standards: ACCS Regulations

 

 

1) TGA規制に該当する医療製品に分類されると、TGA規制を受けることになり、以下の手順に従います。

医薬品製造施設に対するGMP審査を受けなければなりません。

また、化粧品と似たような経路で許容可能な成分かどうかを確認する成分検討とラベル検討を行った後、医薬品データベースであるARTGプログラムに登録します。

 

2) 二次日焼け止めである化粧品に分類される製品なら、AICISの規制を受けることになり、以下の手順に従います。

- 化粧品成分の検討

化粧品の成分がオーストラリア産業用化学物質(Inventory of Industrial Chemicals)リストにあるか確認する必要があります。

もしリストにない場合は、新規化学物質とみなされ、AICISに報告する必要があります。

また、AICISのガイダンスを確認し、

限度制限を遵守しているか他の制限事項があるかを確認する必要があります。

 

- 化粧品成分ラベル

化粧品成分ラベリング化粧品ラベリング規定により容器または製品自体に成分表示を記載したラベルを貼らなければなりません。
