China: CEL, Revise Energy efficiency catalog

 

 

 

On December 14, 2023, China's NDRC organized the formulation & revision of the "Products Catalog for Implementing Energy Efficiency Labeling in the People's Republic of China (Sixteenth Batch)", which includes implementation rules for the products as follows:

CEL 043-2023	Welding machine	GB 28736-2019	Arc welders and resistance welders designed and powered for industrial and professional use, not exceeding the voltage specified in GB/T156
CEL 044-2023	LED flat lighting fixture	GB 38450-2019	An LED flat lamp for general lighting that uses LED as a light source, has a rated voltage of 220V, a frequency of 50Hz, and a thickness that does not exceed 85mm.
CEL 045-2023	Commercial induction cooker	GB 40876-2021	Heating units where the rated power of a single heating unit is less than 35 kW and the rated voltage does not exceed 450 V.
CEL 018-2023	AC contactor	GB 21518-2022	Integrated contactor with the rated frequency of the main circuit is 50Hz, the rated operating voltage is 1000V or less, the rated operating current is 6A630A, the rated frequency of the control circuit is 50Hz, the rated control power voltage is 400V or less, and the type of use is AC-3 three-pole electric, direct-acting
CEL 014-2023	Monitor	GB 21520-2023	Flat and curved general-use and commercial displays with a screen diagonal size of 40 cm or more, supplying power through alternating AC or DC, and using LCD and OLED display methods.
